Feature Requests

When equipment comes back damaged, staff need to document it: what's wrong, who had it last, when it was returned, and ideally photos. The record should stay in the equipment's history and on the member's record, so the space can follow up (repair, take the tool out of service, or talk to the member).

When adding or editing equipment, let admins choose whether it can only be used on the premises or can be taken out (borrowed/loaned). Many spaces lend small tools, cameras or laptops but keep large machines on-site. Members should see which is which, and take-out equipment needs a check-out and return.
