Record damage when equipment is returned
Robert Szabo
When equipment comes back damaged, staff need to document it: what's wrong, who had it last, when it was returned, and ideally photos.
The record should stay in the equipment's history and on the member's record, so the space can follow up (repair, take the tool out of service, or talk to the member).
